Introduction

The financial modelling programme focuses on training financial managers, company owners and funders to employ financial models in decision making. The world is increasingly being characterised by uncertainty – primarily due to global influences and risks, the interconnectedness of capital and real economies and the fast-changing consumers wants and needs. The consistency and the aptness of decisions in such a business environment can only be enhanced through articulate financial modelling that provides a guide for financial planning and strategic decision-making. This training will provide attendees with the data-driven, quantitative analysis skills that will enable them to determine where their organisations stand and where they are heading.
