COVID-19 pandemic is so far the worst crisis since World War II. It has brought the global economy to a standstill. Also, COVID-19 has brought about a decline in construction activities. This decline will likely remain in place for the foreseeable future. This is because the increased spending in COVID-19 related stimulus will reduce the spending on infrastructure development. Also, the supply chain disruption, shortage of materials, workers, and subcontractors because of the lockdown is contributing to the decline in construction activities. Consequently, there are so many factors to be taken into consideration in the new normal brought about by the impact of COVID-19 on construction activities.

The theme of this event will be: “FACTORS TO CONSIDER ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS”
