Emson Moyo is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Gijima. In this role he is responsible for the technology strategy of the organization, enterprise architecture, project management and information management. Emson has 21 years experience in the ICT industry working for multinational companies in Sub-Sahara Africa. Emson holds B.Sc. Honors degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, M.Sc. in Telecoms Engineering and MBA. He is currently a doctoral student in the DBA program of Gordon Institute of Business Science and his research area is in leadership and innovation.
Jamalludin Helmi Hashim

Joined UiTM in 1996. Prior to that, he was working as an Accountant in several Public Listed companies including Terengganu Development and Management (TDM) Berhad, Larut Tin Field Berhad and Land & General (L&G) Berhad. He is a Chartered Accountant (C.A) by profession. His area of interest is Costing, Management Accounting and Strategic Management Accounting (SMA) tools, with focus on application in the Public Sector. His special interest is the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) application in the non-profit organization including higher education institutions (HEI).

As a veteran in the industry, Manoj has a reputation for providing deep insights into market trends. He was a lecturer in Durban at M.L. Sultan Technikon specialising in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Mark Saacks has been involved in the IT industry for over 24 years, and the IT Help Desk and Service Desk sector specifically for the last 10 years. Mark graduated from UCT in 1984 with a B Bus Sc Honours (Data Processing) degree. He subsequently held IT positions at Old Mutual Investments Division, Maskew Miller Longman (a leading educational publisher), and the Seeff Organisation (a premier property group).
To date Numara Software South Africa has supplied solutions to over 500 organisations throughout Africa. With the Numara FootPrints service desk management solution and the Numara Track-It! IT help desk solution, the company is focused on addressing the service desk requirements of any organisation.

Monique Ferreira has been involved in Software Asset Management for the last nine years. In the nine years Monique has worked with a number of partners and customers in developing their SAM Offerings and Competency, with a focus on ISO 19770-1 on SAM. Monique has her Microsoft certification for SAM, she is accredited by the Federation Against Software Theft as a SAM Manager and Auditor and is ITIL certified for SAM. Monique joined Microsoft in December 2007 as the SAM lead for enterprise customers and partners. Her focus is to drive and improve the maturity of SAM with customers and partners.

Patrick Price has over 30 years of experience in the information technology field in a variety of technical roles. Patrick has worked for large national and international companies both in South Africa as well as in England and the US. Patrick is bilingual; he speaks English and Afrikaans. Patrick has received various awards at CA, including a number of overseas trips for performance and has been with CA Service Management solutions since October 1995. Patrick is currently responsible for all CA Service Management solutions from a pre-sales perspective at CA Southern Africa. Patrick is a certified ITL V2 Manager as well as an ITIL V3 Expert.

Her asset management experience over the past 6 years includes implementation of numerous asset projects including transition of medium to large customer integrated solutions. Vaneshree has several International certifications which include; Bachelor of Commerce Degree, ITIL V3 Expert and ITIL V2 Software Asset Management Practitioner. Prior to joining the dynamic Siemens team, Vaneshree worked 8 years at IBM where she gained in-depth experience in Service Management. At Siemens, she was instrumental in developing and implementing the first ITIL aligned processes, specifically the IT Asset Management lifecycle.
Vernon Vlok

Vernon Vlok started his career in IT service management with BOE Bank in 1997 as the Acquiring Help Desk Supervisor, a modest start to a vocation that in no time sky rocketed. By 2000, with Nedbank having acquired BOE Bank, he was the youngest ever, Electronic Portfolio Manager to be employed in this field in Africa and responsible for a client base, generating an annual turnover in excess of R140 million.
He joined Onsoft (Pty) Ltd as Marketing Manager in October of 2005 and with the appointment of Onsoft (Pty) Ltd as the official Numara Software African Agency, in 2007, took up the role as Customer Services Manager for Numara Software Africa. He now fills the role of Business Development Manager with the same company and has witnessed its growth from the modest reseller it started off as to the recognised Brand it is today.
