Submission Requirements:

  • Topic plus 4 bulletin points (speakers are welcome to suggest a topic).
  • Company logo as it is to appear on the programme and our website during the marketing period.
  • Passport size photo
  • Short profile (maximum 120 words)
  • Closing date of submissions: please submit your topic of interest to secure your slot.
  • Notification of acceptance of abstracts: To be specified
  • Each presentation is 45-60 minutes including a question and answer session.
  • If you would like to chair the conference, please advise us. If you would like to join the panel sessions, please propose a topic.
  • Conference Dates: To be advised.
  • 2 Panel sessions will be held from 15h15 - 16h00 on both days of the conference.
